Unless otherwise stated, all items are sold untested and AS IS with no warranty. Please ask any questions before you make a purchase. We present our products as accurately as possible. Please see photographs for condition information.
Before purchasing please check the item and examine the photos to ensure this is exactly what you want. If available, we supply a manufacturer’s description and specifications. Please reference your illustrated parts catalog for correct part numbers and applicability to your aircraft.
The Buyer is to make the final determination of airworthiness and suitability of all items.
We do offer a full refund if the item was not as described due to typos or wrong information entered for that item. If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us first at 321-622-6944. We will always do our best to make it right.
We offer a 30-day return policy. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. The refund will be given as a refund or item exchange subject to availibility. A 20% restocking fee may apply.
Should you have any issues with your purchase, please go to the RMA request page and fill out the form. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) code. You can also contact us at 321-622-6944 for assistance.

Flying Fish Returns department processes refund or product replacement
Product is sent your way or refund is disbursed. Returns are subject to a 20% Restocking fee.
All orders will be shipped via FedEx or United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise specified and confirmed with our Sales Staff. Flying Fish Aircraft Parts will make every attempt to ship all orders promptly. In-stock ground phone orders placed before 4:00pm EST are generally shipped the same day.
Order delays may occur if the shipping or billing addresses cannot be verified.Shipping and handling costs and shipping options are displayed when you click on the “Shipping and Payment” tab below the item image. We combine shipping and handling charges on multiple item purchases. Most items are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receiving payment.
U.S. Shipping: We ship most items with FedEx Ground. We reserve the right to use other shipping services with similar delivery time, at our discretion.
International Shipping: International Buyers are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties or customs fees that may be required. We will not be responsible for non-delivery of items shipped USPS First Class Mail International. If you would like tracking, you will need to purchase USPS Priority Mail International. First Class Mail International is NOT traceable and may take up to 6 weeks in some cases for delivery depending on location.
Shipping rate totals are estimates and will be calculated at the time of invoicing. Shipping charges are subject to change partially due to the following: hazardous material fees, oversized packaging, which warehouse the item(s) are shipped from, insurance or multi-package shipments. To insure that your order arrives as protected as possible, it may require multi-box packaging. Please know that Flying Fish Aircraft Parts handles each order individually with you, the valued customer in mind.
Majority of our items incude FREE Economic SHIPPING TO LOWER 48 States. Any shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will incur a surcharge. Please know that when you select free shipping, we choose the shipping service and we will ship the item the most economical way possible. This means that your item may not arrive in the same time frame that is advertised under our free shipping option. If you require Standard, Expedited, or Next Day shipping, please contact the office at 321-622-6944 or message us for a shipping quote.
Flying Fish Aircraft Parts can quote the freight and shipping charges prior to your order. Please include your full shipping address when requesting a quote. For International quotes, please include any of the applicable information; country, region, province, state, city and postal code.
A Business Delivery Address goes to a business. A Residential Delivery Address goes to a home, including a business operating out of a home district that does not have a separate entrance open to the public. If a commercial address is selected and later found to default to residential delivery, then additional charges may occur after final delivery
